四面環海的福爾摩沙，美麗的大海景色，本次展覽為海之樂章，以大海意象為創作主題，自己內心與海洋對話，海的呼喚傾心相遇，聆聽大自然的交響樂詩，此次展覽有別於一般拍攝海洋的方式與角度，透過鏡頭敘事，多年來長期觀察記錄拍攝人們在海邊的生活，將心寄託蒼茫大海，注入內心的思想與豐厚情感，呈現海洋與人文的多元面向，突顯作品中幽微深遠的意象，及個人鮮明的哲思特質，將眼前的人與海畫面真實呈現，拍出感動人心的作品。

炎炎夏日，開闊壯麗的藍天、一望無際的大海，海邊充滿熱情的陽光氣息，靜謐坐在沙灘上，望著海看著海，聽著海浪拍打譜成澎湃讚美動聽的歌聲，猶如一場壯闊的音樂交響樂盛宴演奏，享受著美好彩繪的感官視覺，聆聽著美妙樂曲的奢華聽覺，傾聽海的美麗與哀愁，讓人怦然心動，一掃心中煩惱疲憊，觸動心靈的感激，深思發現真實純粹的自我。

隨著時間嬗遞下，呈現不同海的風貌，循著光影的足跡，站在海邊望著遠處漁船，欣賞柔和夕陽，人們在沙灘上盡興追逐嬉戲，逍遙自在在海邊遊玩踏浪，放鬆自我恣意沉浸戲水樂趣，在海邊總會看見有趣的事情，一同感受人與海的互動，享受愜意漫遊的悠閒時光，沉醉在大自然擁抱之中，迎著海風，看海去吧！展覽作品均在台灣各地海邊取景拍攝的影像，透過此次展覽可一窺其對海洋的深厚情感與豐厚的人文關懷精神，展現人與海的多元風情，值得觀者細細品味！邀請喜好攝影的民眾一同前來觀賞美麗的海洋風貌，感受體會海洋人文與文化的作品意境，欣賞一場豐富的視覺饗宴。

 

Formosa, a beautiful island surrounded by the sea, is famous for its majestic, enchanting seascapes. Titled Rhythm of the Sea, this solo exhibition represents the photographer’s romantic encounter and inner dialogue with the image of the deep blue. Reveling in the lapping of the waves and being captivated by the symphony of nature, Chuang pursued an innovative approach to producing the works included in this solo exhibition. Through his camera lens, the photographer wove a compelling narrative filled with his personal observations on people who live by the seaside. He found sustenance in the vast sea, channeling his deep thinking and genuine affection into his enthralling photographic works. He thus not only captured the multifaceted nature of the protean sea, but also threw the subtle yet profound image of his works and his distinguishing philosophical reflection into sharp relief. He faithfully presented people’s lives and the sea spanning across his field of vision, telling touching stories with his consummate skills. 

In scorching summers at the sun-kissed seaside, the ocean stretches as far as the eye can see, and the sky is as cloudless as bright. Sitting on the beach and gazing at the sea in tranquility, you’ll hear the waves carrying mellifluous melody, as if you’re enjoying an auditory feast of awe-inspiring symphonic music. With its ingenious design, this solo exhibition offers the visitors an experience of synesthesia between visual and auditory senses. The pulsating rhythm and plaintive voice of the sea give the visitors great visceral thrills, which ergo liberates them from haunting vexations and mental fatigue, touches their heart of hearts, and helps them rediscover the true, pure self. 

The sea changes its appearance in various permutations over the course of time. Following the footprints of light and shadow, you can survey the scene sprinkled with fishing boats in the distance or admire the gorgeous sunset. On the beach, you may see people enjoying themselves and finding delight in chasing each other, taking a leisurely stroll along the waterfront as they please, or indulging themselves in the pleasure of playing in the water that soothes their mind. The seaside scenery is always spellbinding. You are cordially invited to this elaborately organized exhibition, where you can personally experience the fabulous interaction between humans and the sea, take pleasure in roaming these engrossing spectacles, and become intoxicated in the arms of nature.
